First of all, sorry for my bad english, be patient with me,

So my question is:

if i unlink my channel from the MCN i'm partner with now, will i get paid for the past months?! The network owes me November, December & January payments, so i don't know if i should take the risk to lose all my effort and start over.

Yea we believe so because in first order entertainment we have members that leave networks and get paid months later so I believe that you do get paid but you should ask them but good luck
