It isn't TGN's problem/fault that only 500,000 were monetized sense some people have ad blockers 
and ads dont show up everytime
and ads dont show up everytime
I'm leaving TGN, which Network should I join?

Of course your earnings did drop in the last few Months. Let`s try to recap...
Almost six months ago it was Christmas and that was the time when Ads are sold for their highest Price and you probably saw an (huge) Increase in your earnings during that time and then suddently...
...your earnings did decrease even your Views did increase.
That`s totally normal if your Views didn`t doubled at the same time but as you have already noticed with the Ads being sold cheaper then during Christmas + the increase of not monetizeables Views on your Accounts your earnings didn`t increased.
It`s something all of us have to deal with and an fixed CPM won`t help you simple because those are bind nowadays too to monetizable views. It`s true that there was a time where Machinima was so dumb to pay their Top Ten Channels for unmonetizable Views too and it almost burned them down and so they had to pull the trigger.
Those "Golden Times" are over and now everyone has to deal with the same Stuff you are currently blaming.
To make it short:
It`s not an TGN only Problem and it won`t change anything at all if you switch to any other Network like Union of Gamers, Fullscreen, Machinima since if it comes to the Money Part all those Networks working the same way.
If you are having any other Problem with the Folks over at TGN I can understand that you want to switch but if it comes to the Money Part you might get a suprise if you switch to a different Network and don`t see an increase in your earnings at all depending on your current View Stats.

Dude.... with all the respect... thanks for the advice but this is info, I already know, so please so do not try to be the wise guy.........and if I were for the money.... I would put 10-15 videos per day.... my problem with TGN is that they're not clear..... flammy5 already know that..... I talked to him, with Shane and the other guys... they agree that what I get paid is a lame...... and TGN doesn't have a dashboard, plus you can't track your earnings on youtube.....which makes me wonder if they pay their partners the right amount......
