If you sign a contract, what happens to the money already in your Adsense account?

Yes of course adsense has to pay you and when you are with a network you use there network to monetize the rest of your content. I am still waiting on like $12 from adsense but i think in order to get that i think i need to cancel my account out. Smh if only they offered some type of support like emergency only lol
