Ideas for 1500 sub special/give away

I´m hoping to reach 1500 subscribers by the end of next month and this time I really would like to do a special or maybe a give away

Since my videos take a lot of time to make I got to plan ahead and that´s why I am asking for ideas now

So if any of you guys have some GREAT ideas based on your own experience please let me know

My only advice would be not to do a giveaway. More trouble than its worth.
Ive not done a special yet either. Maybe I will one day.
