You’re going to need a good program for animating and you need to able to draw. If you can draw really good than you shouldn’t have a problem, there’s tons of different anime programs you can use based on what type of computer you have if you have a Mac than you will need to find a program that works for Mac or some programs do work with Mac and pc you just have to look around. To amimate it takes a awhile to get good at it but you already have experience that’s good than you can start animating right away. If you can’t draw to good than it will probably take a little practice to learn how to animate, but if you work at it you will get there.

There’s a ton that goes into animations like that. You’ll need a good understanding of software such as Photoshop (clipping images/drawing) and After Effects (helping to animate those drawings, as well as other softwares for animation). It’s not easy, but can be worth it. You can do a lot with digital art and animation skillsets.
