I need help with subscribers

Hello, thanks for reading my thread.

A few months ago I was gaining about 2 subscribers a week, usually, but now I am lucky if I get 2 a month. I didn't make any changes in my videos or how often I upload them. This decrease in new subscribers happened quickly after youtube changed their layout. Any help would be appreciated. Link to my channel is below.

All the advice I can give it be vigilant in marketing your video.
Post it on sites like break and 9gag as well as twitter, facebook, google+ and reddit.
If people like your videos, they will watch and sub.
Your main focus should be on getting views, though.
The more views you get the more people will see your video and the more subs you will get.

Yeah, social networking is without a doubt the most important part of growing your YouTube channel. You have to get your name and videos out there.

Don't give up.. I think people are coming back slowly.. just like when Facebook changed it's look people left but are coming back..

I make lets play videos, which is a problem when posting my videos to reddit, because it probably will get flagged for spam. I already post my videos to twitter, google+ and facebook. But I don't have many followers on these sites.

Make your own subreddit. There was a guy making them for people on YT Talk not too long ago.
