I need a video editing app

I need a free video editing app that allows me to trim, add text, add pictures, and basically everything else I would need to edit a youtube video! If anyone could it would mean a lot!
 
Yeah, I agree with the post above! They are probably the best ones that I can think of which are free. Hopefully that helps you out!
 
Another free software is Lightworks. It is hard to learn (learning curve is hard to manage) but it is also free*.

* - free version supports renders up to 720p, not above
 
Yes, there is Lightworks. I was able to pick it up, but unfortunately, editing options are limited. It can do all of the things you said above, as well as color correction. A lot of YouTubers started on iMovie, so if you have a Mac, do that. Lastly, there is HitFilm Express 3, which is basically a free knockoff version of Adobe Premiere Pro. With that software, you can buy add-on effects as well.
 
Hey one free app on Google Play Store that allows you to edit, it's called Action Cam. There are also other ones, such as AndroVid! Anyways I hope this helps! :)
