Without commentary a channel will not ever, ever, ever, ever be accepted into a network. It doesn't matter if it has a strike, a content match, or is free and clear of both of those things.

You want a partnership = you MUST remove that video. It's that black and white, really.

well I aint gunna get partnership for a lot longer then
 
I think I could probably do it in about 3 months or so I will most likely apply for partnership in June or so.
