All gaming videos MUST have commentary this is regardless of network. They are the rules. Vultra pay people for directorship from what I have heard in the past from Shane, so yes, it will. And if in future you want a partnership then it will still need to be removed.

That depends on Vultra, they may not allow you to be a director without accepting payment (since they won't get paid either and most networks are not around to 'help' you, they are around to earn money). I would speak to them about it, or perhaps one of their recruiters, we seem to have a fair few of them here!
