Hi, for a mistake on my youtube channel I deleted the "what to look after" form, which appears to the subscribers in the channel's home page. Can you help me restore it? I do not know how to do it. thank you
 
Could you put your channel link with your profile? That way we can take a closer look?
It would help us help you because even I myself are a little lost in what you are asking. Are you talking about the "channel trailer" or like the playlists/video sections you can create on your channel page?
