I cant get any videos to load on my phone. Ive done everything. Checked datee and time factory reset. Updated the apps still nothing any ideas

DO you mean just in general you cannot load videos on youtube? or are you trying to upload videos via your phone?
If it's the first, I have this problem if the wifi is down or my data connection is weak. If the latter, I'd recommend doing it via a PC, personal preference but also more reliable.
