How to safely move the videos on the previous channel to a new channel, to register back adsense?

My adsense account is disabled, how to safely move the videos on the previous channel to the new channel to be registered adsense back?

My plan, downloading all the videos of previous channel, and then delete the previous channel account, after that I made a new account and upload the videos and then I registered back adsense.

What it is safe, what do you think?

You are only allowed one adsense account. If it's been disabled, that's pretty much it and it's time to move on.
