How to Record Gameplay?

Hi guys I'm starting to think of making gameplay videos for my channel, but I don't know how to record xbox360 game. Can any gamer please explain to me how they record their gameplay and in HD.

PS: If you know a software for a mac or a cheap strategy way please let me know.
(no HD PVR, i'm not that rich)

Roxio HD PRO less than 100€ (With shipping to NL) uses HDMI, records Ps3, Xbox360 and people say Wii but can't confirm that.

I use EZGrabber, unfortunately it only works with Vista... I'd go for HDpvr.

Ok I'm on Mac, and I use an HDPVR with eyetv. Those two will run you about $300. So since you don't seem to have that, I would use the elgato video capture its SD quality, but not terrible either. I was using it for almost a year before I got my HD capture. Also, use iMovie 09 or 11. Seriously, Its really really good for simple commentary videos and its pretty fast compared to other programs. Plus its free. If you need additional audio tools, use Audacity.
