How to make money on mobile views?

Through 2013 Youtube is going to try to increase mobile views monetization from 15% to 60%. On a side note 90% mobile views is insanely high.

Yeah only True-view ads show on the IOS app and everyone skips it so you earn little to nothing lol
 
I currently have about 22% of my views from mobile views. I think that's slightly low on average as previously stated, but that's probably because the type of videos I make aren't made to be viral, so I suppose it will be slightly lower for vloggers.
