Thanks for the tips. I especially liked the "19)" one. It's true that the first 30 seconds are most important part of the video, and they need to suck in the viewer onto it.

I have a gaming channel which is mostly Doom centric but I tend to slip with words or sentences sometimes on top of enthusiasm for commentary over my videos.

Despite this, I have a decent following (just hit the 250 mark recently) but the problem is I get less than a fifth in views in relation to the number of subscribers. For example, I may not hit 50 views on one video until a week later.
