I have a little note on Sub4Sub though. While I totally agree it's not a good thing to do, I do believe it can help for very small channels to get to those first 100 subscribers. I've been doing a lot of reading and in a lot of articles I find that once you get to your first 100 subs it gets a little bit easier to grow past that.
