How To Get Sponsorships

Hey guys,

So right now my channel has about 1,217 subscribers and I have a total 360k total views.

I hear of stories about people getting contacted by sponsors, but is it possible to reach out to them yourself?

If so, what's the best outline of a script to use in an email to them?
 
I did see it, but it didn't necessarily be the solution to my question though :/ He's talking about someone who has a HUGE following and I'm just starting out.
 
You saw the thread, but did you watch the video I referred to? It gives some great advice for finding sponsors when you are still a small channel.
