When you create your brand designs for the channel, how do you make sure (apart from being creative and original) that your designs don't look too similar to those of another brand and possibly infringe on their rights?
The only thing I could come up with is that I would make the social profiles of the channel in advance and try to make some presence which would have it's own purpose of pre-launch marketing, but at the same time perhaps someone would maybe bring attention to any potential infringements... But there has to be a better way... Do you have any ideas?
