that means you are half partner, you are able to monitize your videos but not claim them.. so the only option u got is monitize and not claim.. you need to be a partner to claim your videos

I'm a bit baffled by this? People can only claim their own videos, and can only claim them for themselves. For you to claim them, you'd need to join a network.
