How to check if a specific song allows all devices on YouTube?

Yesterday I spent 8 hours creating a video that works on the beat of a video, shows certain scenes on certain key points of the song just to find out that the song prevents mobile devices from viewing my video. WHY ? just why ? why would you ever give access to a desktop but not a phone ? who's stupid idea was that ?

Anyway now I want to sit and recreate the dam thing but I am scared that my second selection also prevents users from watching it from mobile devices or other devices.

How can I check to see what the song blocks and what not ?

I did use YouTube's Music Policies but it only shows the countries that it blocks not which devices may use it ?

You can't find that out. It's blocked on mobile because the policy doesn't allow it. Same reason why Hulu is only allowed on certain devices.
