How to block trolls from commenting from Google+

I've blocked some trolls from commenting, but some of them are still able to continue to comment. This may be because of Google+, but I'm not sure.

How do you deal with this situation?
 
I have the "review before publishing" option enabled so i see every comment before it gets published. AFAIK this would solve your G+ comments issue.

I recently set it like that, but this guy was posting before that, and it appears he can bypass my review now. So even though I blocked him weeks ago, he can still post and I don't even get to review it!
