How to be more entertaining (more watch time)

I have a pretty low watch time. For a 2 minute video I get an average watch time of 50%. Any tips?
 
Not really any tips that anyone can really give, just be entertaining as much as you can and create the content you want to see and hope others will watch.

Unfortunately short of taking classes 'how to be entertaining' is hard to be taught.

Yeah it's really hard to tell. I've done what I can to improve and my watch time is pretty bad itself. Just keep trying to improve but ultimately, make what you want. Maybe you'll find an audience that's into your stuff and will watch it the whole way through more often.
