How should I edit roguelike videos (Binding of Isaac, Enter the Gungeon, etc.)

Hey I would like to know how to edit roguelike videos? Roguelike games are basically every time you play is a run which take at most 2 hours depending on the game. Most of the time you finish these games in one sitting. Everything in the game is pretty important so I don't know how I should edit these videos. Anyone have any ideas?

It's okay to keep everything just cut each section into a 10-15 minute video depending on how entertaining each section is. Make sure if there are any boring parts at all to cut them out so you have a better chance for likes and new subscribers.
