While subscribers are nice I try to focus more on getting views. I wouldn't be surprised if less then 10 of my subscribers viewed one of my videos each day.

On average less than 1 sixth of a channels subscriber base watch that channels content on a per upload basis <-- true stats :)

How ? How do you get so much views from outside of your subs ? I get around a 100 daily but I have like 280 subs .. but you !

I'm not sure but I do the opposite of what I see and hate about other videos on YouTube like asking people to subscribe/like/comment/favorite and talking about anything that doesn't relate to the video or beating around the bush. But almost all my videos are how to videos and I'm not trying to entertain people like a lot of channels on YouTube so I feel I have the edge because its very hard to entertain people that don't know you personally.

Its because lets say I made a few Black Ops 2 videos and they went viral and I got 500 new subscribers, but then I went back to making what video I was before , those 500 most likely are not going to want to watch those videos
