When I applied a few times back in jan/feb/mar 2012 it took about a week to get a response, may take a shorter time now though because you used to have to write a big paragraph while applying and they had to read it

Before Fullscreen brought in the whole Google APIs connect with YouTube thing, you had to fill out an application, that was in the early days though
I was never accepted but I did get responses with what to improve

It can take up to 2 weeks. I think. I never really applied to a partnership. But I've heard that it can take 2 weeks max.

It depends how busy they are. I received my response in a couple days but it can take as long as a week for some people
