you said you sent it yesterday i don't believe they respond to applications or emails on weekends so most likely some time monday-friday also follow up with an email to there support thats what i did

When I applied a few times back in jan/feb/mar 2012 it took about a week to get a response, may take a shorter time now though because you used to have to write a big paragraph while applying and they had to read it
