Hit the link to the hub you want-that will take you to their facebook page. Click on about and there should be an apply link for that hub.

Fullscreens process is automatic. If you were accepted you would be taken to a contract to sign and then you would have to finalize your partnership with them.

I think you're confusing Fullscreen with the way RPM and Maker Studios does things.

Nope, Fullscreen recently changed their process so that it is automatic similar to that of RPM and Maker Studios.

Both of you guys are correct. The standard process is now to automated and will show you a contract during the application process. Applications to hubs and direct inquiries to partner managers are still done the old way with a contract sent to you if you are accepted for partnership.
