HOW LONG DID TAKE YOU GUYS TO GET 1K SUBS AND 4K WATCH TIME?

Recently started a channel with my friends and we get decent views for just beginner but we are getting little to no subscribers in over a month. Do you guys have any suggestions based on you guys' experiences?

A few can do it in a few weeks, others take years and most will never reach it.
Stupid question to ask how long it takes!!!

If your viewers are not converting to subs, then that simply means that they do not like your videos enough to want to be notified of any new uploads you make.
