No your network would need the licence to use the music. You could always check, but it's unlikely. Only a few networks actually have licences for anything at all.

Ahh, I could be wrong but I know alot of unpartnered channels that use 'copyrighted music' and never receive strikes or anything and my friends who are partnered have to make sure they don't use copyrighted music.
