You'd be suprised at just how many sites have an affiliate program that you can use to promote their stuff in exchange for a commission.

Some big and well known affiliate programs include:

Amazon.com - https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/
Commission Junction - http://www.cj.com/
ClickBank (for digital products) - http://www.clickbank.com/

And if you can't find the product that you want to promote on any of these three sites just do a google search for "product affiliate program" and obviously swap the word "product" with whatever you want to sell like "dj software affiliate program".
