They can answer questions for you, but in terms of the exposure I think you're thinking of, it's on you to make your social media work for you.
CreatorX can retweet and things, but your content has to makes them stay. And you have to have catchy things for them to retweet/use in the first place.
 
Oooh competition ey? WOOOHOO BRING IT ON XD. I love stuff like that. I hope they find my content good. I'm going to start selling shirts and stuff when i'm moderately big so i'm going to see how that works. Getting famous on youtube is one of my dreams man and i'm willing to work at it because i love what i do, i really do.

I originally got rejected when I had about 500 views per day.... Once my average daily views went up to almost a thousand, I was accepted after re-submitting.
