How Good Are My Thumbnails? - Feedback Appreciated!

Hey guys and gals, this is something that I've wanted to get feedback on for a while, but I wanted to wait until I have plenty of videos uploaded and thumbnails to show.

So yeah, basically I was just wondering if you could check out my thumbnails, (And even my banner and profile picture) and leave me some of your feedback bellow. Do they have a 'Professional' look to them? Do they stand out to you and catch your eye? Let me know!

The software I've been using to create these thumbnails, is Photoshop CS6
