Why is George not trustworthy? I'd like to know more.
Because he benefits from his word.

If i sell something thats very bad and i tell you its extremely good, do you trust me?
If someone not associated with me tells you it is good you would trust him, but never the guy that benefits from his word.

That makes sense.[DOUBLEPOST=1392307609,1392307416][/DOUBLEPOST]If anyone could tell me more about this George fellow it would be great, I really appreciate the effort you're putting into explaining your previous experiences and knowledge on the subject. And the more you say the fishier this whole deal seems. Sure I've earned a lot of money from it, and will continue to do so, but I wouldn't refer people to a network if it isn't actually what I think it is.

Applied? You can't exactly "apply" to our network yet, were currently in the process of bulding a strong base of big Youtuber's who were recruiting privately. At least to my knowledge.
Though when everything is said and done, I so hope that you're right about everything you said even though it doesn't make any sense. I would have so much basis upon which I could sue the CEO of affinity. Not just has he counterfeited every document he has ever sent to me, including contracts, he has also broken every single contract with me.

If what you're saying is right, I'm gonna be quite a bit wealthier ^^.[DOUBLEPOST=1392307216,1392307189][/DOUBLEPOST]

If what you're writing is true, they would have to break several contracts which I've had reviewed by my lawyer, and put them in deep s**t, once again, I hope you're right.

Sure you can apply. Your forum has an application link that was posted on the 9th of February which redirects to the Freedom site app.

As to them breaking contracts, have you reviewed them? or just your lawyer?

For info on George, look up the massive Freedom post. He even posted a few times.

Have you seen the separate CMS thats not linked to Freedom and has the Roll up Tool enabled?
If not, i would not trust the CEO´s word that they are a actual independent MCN

My lawyer has reviewed them in depth, and since they're under US law I also had a US lawyer review them. If it turns out that this network is actually under another network, they're in VERY deep s**t, as their contract specifically states otherwise. I don't know anything about this stuff, but my lawyer sure does, and he says that if they are not an MCN, I will take them to court.

I think you're exaggerating what your lawyer said. A court case requires damages. Whether they're an MCN or not may invalidate a contract, but not produce damages.

Yes, the contract specifically states that I am guaranteed the "product" of being the community manager of an MCN, I've ran this both by a Danish and a US lawyer, both said the same to me.[DOUBLEPOST=1392310202,1392310149][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes, actually I have. We can instantly partner people, and it doesn't go through anything else. On paper it looks like an MCN, but I can see why you would be suspicious.

Both said the same what? In order to sue someone, you need to be able to prove damages. Not being an MCN, isn't damages. If it turned out they weren't an MCN, what exactly are you suing for other than termination of a contract you could just walk away from at any moment?
