How do you promote at the end of videos?

yeah.. you have to add the video and size it smaller and put it at the end of the video.. then you use an annotation to put a "box" around it, and then put a link to the video on that annotation.. no other was as far as i know :-/
 
I am just about to upload my tutorial, I shall post the link once I am done, I hope it explains roughly what you are looking for :)
