How do I switch networks?

Hey guys long time no see! I'm just gonna get straight to the point... as the titles says, how do I switch networks? Specifically Fullscreen to Frederator (or freedom!, still debating). Fullscreen is a good network but it doesn't provide as much benefits to an animator like myself compare to a vlogger there. I've been partnered with fullscreen for 2 years and my revenue from them was roughly $100 (for those two years), but its not much about the money I wanna get involve in a network that has similar content for me to collab instead of freelancing making intros for vloggers and not getting much exposures in fullscreen.

plus, would Frederator provide better benefits for me since I'm an animator? I'm slowly adding video games in my channel and idk if they'll accept that.

To switch networks you would need to be released from your current network, Fullscreen, and apply for partnership at Frederator.
