How do I leave Machinima/Collabmanagement

Hi there
I've been in Machinima/Collabmanagement for 1 and a half years and just recently they've made some changes which have really upset me. Im trying to switch partners but im not too sure how because of my 2 year "lock in" and am wondering if I can make them reconsider. One thing I noticed about my agreement is that they've been failing to supply me with a document with my earnings on it each month which is a part of their agreement on the contract.

I think since you have not finished your 2 year contract, you are stuck with them until it's over.
 
I guess so but they've been breaching a part of their agreement on the contract which is supplying me with monthly reports about my YouTube analytics.

I'm no doctor, but I am pretty sure if THEY void the contract it makes it null. And you can get out of there sleazy business.
 
Best you can do is Point that out to them and say they have breeched the contract.. they will either say so what and you can get a lawyer and waste money or sit it our for another 6 months and find a new partner.
 
You would need a lawyer to look over the contract to see if them not sending you that is something that would let you leave the contract.
 
Yeah getting a lawyer over this would be a waste. But the fact they are breaching the contract does make me angry and wants to shove it in there face.
