How can I tell the difference between a Full YT partner and a network partner channel?

How can I tell the difference between a Full YT partner and a network partner? Is it just the banner at the top? Or do they both get that?

Does anyone have any links to channel examples?
 
There is no such thing as a 'full YT partner' anymore. Everyone is a partner now. But yes, that would be how you would distinguish them if they still existed.

You'll be a full YT partner when you're with a network. A 'standard' partner can monetize their vids, aka anyone.
 
Ok, so to get a banner the only possible option is to go with a network partner? I ask because some channels have it that only partnered directly with youtube. Are those channels that had it before the change?

Also, what are claiming options?

Yes, currently that how it is but YouTube might change their mind. Who knows. :)
