How can I change copyright song?

Hi everyone,

I've received a copyright strike for a song from my Lisbon Travel Vlog. The video is currently monetised by claimant. I don't have the option to remove the song. If I place a youtube library song over the specific part of the video it mutes the rest.. Youtube doesn't let me edit the video in the Youtube Editor. Is there any way I can add another song only over the part where the copyright song is without having to re-upload the video?

Just to be clear, that's not a 'strike', that's a ContentID match.. An actual strike is very bad for your channel but a ContentID match is no big deal as far as your standing goes. Although you can't monetize it and the claimants ads will be splattered all over your video..
I dont think you can selectively add another song in the Youtube editor (could be wrong so i defer to someone that has used it recently)..

Your best option may be to re-upload a new version.
