Mhmm. Well, you cannot access the Forums until you are a partner officially. Once you are, you can log into the Maker dashboard and there is a place where it will talk about tax forms. It may be a new system or something. D:

He must of already got the CMS invite the picture showed that his channel said he was partnered with RPM.

I suggest just waiting longer than 4 days as they are very busy at the moment (loads of applications since they changed to 0 requirements).

I still think that`s ridiculous though, 100 views daily should be the minimum.

Do Maker`s networks get to choose their requirement? how come some need 84 and some need 300?

A week ago they did, and they got a high number of applicants so they had to put requirements into place. They don't accept anyone now. Yes, their support is kinda slow at this point but they are working on getting up to speed. :)
