yea im quite confused about the whole music copyright thing :s

basically unless you rote the music your self and or you have written confirmation to use the song you cant monetize it and you can get a copy right strike. the good news is if its made by a youtuber ask them for permission to use the content and tell them you will post the song artist in the description or put a annotation at the end

just look for royalty free music and just be careful because copyright strikes will limit you from becoming a partner.
