You have to be patient, it took me 2 weeks to access the dashboard and 1 week to get a response from them. Remember they don't work on weekends. I checked your latest videos how come there are 7,ooo plus views with only 1 like? and your other video has 27k views with 3 likes and no comments.

Sounds like the guy has botted views. And yeah rpm does take its time but it does work.
