Help, please.

I know back in my time (when the requirements were 1000 views per day) I let my dad read it first to know if it was a good deal. I took me some days to sign the contract. People who don't read the contract don't deserve to become partner in my opinion. They have no patience at all at that point.

Yeah I agree, Networks only exploit people that are exploitable.

This. One hundred times this. When I read my Fullscreen contract, I looked up specifics and contacted individuals who I know to be with the network, to ask specifics about how it works. I made sure I knew what I was getting into. If they don't bother, it's their fault for being reckless. Then again, if it's a 10 year old kid, they may not realize what it means for a contract to be permanent.

Is their some room to get out of a contract if you sign while under the age of 13? I'm sure I read that somewhere that contracts only become legally binding at a certain age.

Given that Awesomeness uses a standard application "terms" style contract, I wonder if we couldn't get approval from Michael to post it here. Maybe there's an easy loop hole that can get people out. If their contract is just terms on an open weblink, it's not secret like other contracts and we should be able to publicly rip it apart.[DOUBLEPOST=1365174199,1365174151][/DOUBLEPOST]

LOL. Yes. The age is 18. You CANNOT legally sign anything in the US or Canada until you're 18, without a guardians consent. Other countries may differ.
