Unfortunately copyright doesn't exactly work that way, unless you're using it in an incredibly transformative way (i.e. remixing it, effectively turning it into something new) you need permission from the original creator, otherwise it's effectively tantamount to thievery.

In answer to your question, you either have to make the songs your own somehow or seek permission from the people who made the music to begin with.

Youtube has a pretty big library of royalty free songs you can use. There are also quite a few people that offer their songs for free and only want recognition on the description or something like that.
