help about translation

Hello guys Soon i'm gonna start a movie,anime, tv-show review channel , my voice in the video will be in english but most of my country movie fan , only understand arabic, or french ,what can i do to add a quick subtitle do my videos .
is there any network or website that help !!

YouTube has the option to copy and paste subtitles of 180 languages. I do this with English and Japanese. Don't bother with google translate it's just not good. The main language (voice) can bulk transcribe whatever you type in and sync it. The other languages you can add in after
