Have only around 25% monetized views... wtf

When I was with Adsense I had ~70-75%
Now I am with a network it falls to 25%. Don't know why, anyone has the same thing?
 
What network are you under? Are you ticking all the types of ads? 70-75% is very high, so you may have just been getting lucky. Talk to your network and they may be able to help out.
 
I think you should read over the contract you signed with them, it would have the details in there.

All networks use Adsense as a base, so with the networks that put up additional ads, the only possibility is for the monetized percentage to stay the same or go up.

This means the problem is most likely on the channel side. Usually with not claiming all videos which has to be redone manually after partnering.

The next thing to start to check is demogaphics and traffic sources. Mobile devices generally show quite a few less ads, as well as viewers from remote countries.

This is why nobody believes yout 70-75% monetized prior. Mobile views are the bane of the YouTube earner and are hardly ever low enough to let people hit that high of a percentage.
