Samo tries cat stuff

Hi, I'm new here, not sure if this forum is even very active. If anyone know about this issue, please let me know!
My problem is that I suspect that if I translate my 3 blue hashtags (that I put in the description, not tags) into lots of different languages they wont appear in for example my main choice, which is english.
Question: should I translate the 3 hashtags that shows in blue under the video into different languages or should these 3 blue hashtags be exactly the same which is english. For example #diycat #catdiy #cattoydiy
