Has Fullscreen drastically dropped requirements?

I've noticed it as well. The thing is that I've seen that some people actually have Fullscreen as their partner on Socialblade as well and thats usually were you can see if somoone is in a subnetwork or not.

Been noticing this on the forums recently with more people being accepted at a smaller size. Don't know if they are getting into sub-networks or not. o.o
