Hardware for playing handheld audio on PC?

I've Got It
Not sure if this is the proper place or not, but recently I decided I would like to try playing some Monster Hunter games for my channel, as it's one of my favorites series of games, despite being rather difficult and grindy (Dark Souls/etc fans will understand the addiction here, I'm sure). Now, unless I had a controller, a computer emulator wouldn't cut it for these games - you need the full use of the 'claw' hand setup and keyboards don't translate well. I can record video directly from my PSP well enough simply using RemoteJoy, however, it doesn't translate audio onto the PC.

So here is my question, exactly what hardware/cable would I need to translate the audio from my PSP 2000 to my Windows 7 desktop computer? The three color cables like you see for televisions? A double ended cable jack? Or something else? I really have no idea.

Connect the headphone out of the PSP into the mic-in (or other analogue input on an interface) then just record that audio with Audition/Audacity.
