Had an email today from zooming games asking me to join their network, are they any good?

We`ve gone over this network before, it`s hard to say what they`re about because I`ve never heard from anyone who has been with them...
But things to point out :
1) First off they quote a 3-4$ CPM, networks arn`t able to tell you what CPM you`ll get because it`s based on so many factors...
1,b) Saying 3-4$ CPM at what is possibly a 80% net split is better than Adsense.... I`d say for 60% of channel this wouldn`t be true...
2) They`re from the Netherlands , The country known for having the worst CPMs.... So why you would set up a network there is a mystery to me....
3) This usually indicates QuizGroupAggregator.....
But all I can say really is have a good look through your contract....

Personally out of the 100s of networks on YouTube I`d recommend about 10-15, so no, not them...
