I looked up your stats on SocialBlade, and if you have enough views/subs, they have a button that says 'apply for partner' (this doesn't happen on mine, as I don't have enough), so I would try them too! You can always turn the other one down if it gets accepted!

Yeah I always use this button ^^ but they're always declining me... they said I have content I don't own... but i know a lot of youtubers partnered with rpm doesn't own the stuff

If you mean like video game content that's different. It's annoying I know, but posting a video of a game only helps sales, and does not take away from them but posting music videos and films/tv shows and the like is basically piracy and that's why they won't partner you in that case
